These deliscious balls are just simplied referred to as date balls in our household. The kids go crazy for them & are often great helpers rolling them into balls, cookies or sausages. Dates are rich in iron & potassium while coconut & oats contain healthy doses of fibre. Pepitas are rich in zinc important for healthy skin & immune system.
